Braun, Whalum, Brown, better known as BWB, spotlights three of the most distinct stylists in contemporary jazz today: trumpeter Rick Braun, saxophonist Kirk Whalum and guitarist Norman Brown. Each a musical force in his own right, they team up to give a new spin to well-known Michael Jackson tunes. The release harks back to BWB's debut album, Groovin', which combined a great '70s session vibe with classic covers and funky grooves.
