A Hugger Mugger original design, our standard yoga bolster gives maximum firmness. Its oval shape provides a flat surface for stability with curved sides for comfort. The zippered cover has a convenient handle at one end. Our standard bolster is used in Yoga Journal's "Yoga Practice Series" videos and Colette Crawford's "Prenatal Yoga" video.
