Hopes & Dreams: The Lullaby Project
The Lullaby Project, a program of Carnegie Halls Weill Music Institute, pairs expectant and new mothers in hospitals, homeless shelters, schools, and correctional facilities; with professional artists to write personal lullabies for their babies.
