Damaged / Shortage merchandise:
All merchandise is sold ex-work. This means that our responsibility ends after the merchandise leaves our warehouse. Claims for lost or damaged merchandise must be made directly with the carrier. All damaged merchandise must be reported to the carrier immediately (24 hours) upon receiving. You will be required to provide a damage claim number for discrepancy report from the carrier prior to contacting us within 48 hours. We will not be responsible for any claim after 48 hours upon receiving. Any shortage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving. We will not be responsible for any shortage after 24 hours of receiving. Shipping service of returning item will be at our discretion based on circumstances.
Customer Service & Return Policy:
Mag-Cana must be notified within 5 days from the date of receiving, to obtain a Return Manufacturer Authorization number (RMA number). All merchandise without a RMA number will be refused and returned back to the shipper. The merchandise must be unused, in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee once the item is shipped & returned for ANY REASON, including but not limited to: accept delivery (or) pick up from designated carrier, cancelled order(s) and incorrect address. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice. There is no refund on the shipping cost after an item has shipped. Any labor charges incurred for installation of products are non refundable. Buyer has to ship the items from the buyer's address within 5 working days (Starting from the date of seller providing RMA Number) if not this return policy will be cancelled.
