This entire document is predicated on two questions: "Why do we bother with packaging or repackaging software?€, and "What do the terms €˜packaging€ and €˜repackaging€ really mean?€<br /><br />Typically, we (geeks) bother with packaging and repackaging because it€s in our contracts to do so. Beyond that, we do it because it pays pretty well. And beyond that, we do it because it€s interesting and challenging enough to make us forget that we have not yet won a sizeable lottery pay-out.
