The gold solution included will produce a cobalt hardened, bright 24K - Type 1&2, grade C gold deposit. No polishing required. All of our kits are truly unique. This all-inclusive start-up kit is great for Fine Detail Select Plating, Gold plating art pieces, gold plating for electrical connection corrosion resistance, and applying gold to many metal items. This type of electroplating is called "Brush Plating". Brush Plating allows you to apply gold without having to immerse it into a beaker. Not having to dip it creates many possibilities, as size is not as important with this method. Also, it's a much lower start-up cost due to not having to fill large beakers with solution.
