As part of BGP/Beat Goes Public's reissue series of the Portland-raised, LA-based funk group Pleasure we release their fourth album <b>Get To The Feeling</b>. It follows our successful and critically-acclaimed issue of their first three titles that includes the all-time funk classic, <b>Joyous</b>.<p>Produced as before by former Crusaders' trombonist Wayne Henderson, the album continues the band's exploration of jazz-tinged funkiness, and radio-friendly soul. It features the club favorites <i>Celebrate The Good Times</i> and <i>Get To The Feeling</i> as well as the wonderful jazz groove of <i>No Matter What</i>.<p>Remastered from original tapes this is issued in our BGP jazz and funk classics series at mid-price. It features original artwork and a brand new sleeve note by project supervisor Dean Rudland.
