High strength, low viscosity, green, methacrylate-based threadlocking adhesive which fluoresces under UV light to allow monitoring. LOCTITE 2701 is a green, low viscosity, methacrylate-based threadlocking adhesive with high strength, especially for chromated surfaces. Steel fixture time of 10 min, brass 4 min and stainless steel 25 min. Tolerates slight contaminations of industrial oils. Suitable for all metal fasteners. Fluoresces under UV light. <br><br><b> Features :-</b><br><br> 1. Prevents loosening on vibrating assemblies, e.g. pumps, gear boxes or presses<br> 2. Works on all metals, including passive substrates (e.g. stainless steel, aluminium, plated surfaces) <br> 3. Proven to be tolerant of minor contamination due to industrial oils, e.g. engine oils, corrosion prevention oils and cutting fluids<br> 4. Permits disassembly with hand tools<br><br> <b>Applicable For :- </b><br><br> Stainless steel, Aluminium and Plated surfaces<br><br> <b>Application:</b><br><br> 1. Clean all surfaces. <br> 2. Use primer/activator for inactive substrate, large gap filling or low temperature cure. <br> 3. Shake well before use. <br> 4. Apply sufficient product onto the bolts at the nut engagement area. <br> 5. Assemble and tighten as required. <br> 6.
