Similar to the Ecogel Ice Refrigerant, the Glacier Ice is also composed of food-grade, organic materials and is both non-toxic and non-caustic. Glacier Ice is a +30° formulation. Being 99% water, this product maintains one of the highest rates of BTU absorption, which contributes to its thermal efficiency. Glacier Ice is our least expensive refrigerant, and also the least viscous. This product may tend to ooze if it is punctured or torn. Careful handling generally mitigates any problems.
