This is a limitation of the hub and not Z-Wave or the remote.<br /><br /><br /> In our manual we have instructions specifically for Copying Information to this Remote (including nremote into existing network)  <br /><br /> Place the two remotes near each other.<br /> Refer to the user manual for the Hub or primary remote. Put the primary remote into programming mode so that it sends information to the secondary remote.<br /> On the target , enter SETUP and select TRANSFER.<br /> Press OK. The screen will display PRIMARY.  <br />Use either arrow key to select RECEIVE. <br /> Press OK. The Screen will display RECEIVING.<br /> When the screen display SUCCESS you have successfully transferred the information.
