<p>The Fire Cam MINI 1080 has an improved chipset and lens that is better in low light with a sharper image than the old Mini. It compares closely to the larger Fire Cam 1080. The new Fire Cam Mini 1080 has a one hour battery life (comes with 2 batteries) as where the Fire Cam 1080 has almost a 2 hour battery life (also comes with 2 batteries). Side by side videos, you can barely tell the difference between the two. <p>The Fire Cam Mini 1080 Fire Helmet Camera is the smallest High Definition Fire Helmet Camera we have designed yet. Recording in 1080p @ 30 fps AND can record 720p @ 60 fps High Definition modes, the Fire Cam Mini 1080 is made of heat resistant anodized aluminum with a heat resistant glass lens specifically designed for interior firefighting. The camera can take on temperatures upwards to 900F for short periods of time and is designed for interior firefighting.
