That includes the King of Atlanta himself, Shyne.<br />Jaleel ‘Shyne’ Ross is the most ruthless Kingpin that Atlanta has ever encountered. Nothing moves in or out of Atlanta without Shyne’s say so, but somehow ‘King Karter’ didn’t get that memo.
