Detroit's OMAR S has been quietly composing some of the most exciting new underground house music of the last few years. An elusive and enigmatic figure, his label FXHE's refreshing DIY ethic - with almost all releases on limited runs with handwritten label copy - has developed one of electronic music's strongest cult followings. Having released his solo debut album in 2005, the enchanting 'Just Ask The Lonely', this will be the first mix album of his already celebrated career. Made up exclusively of his own tracks, including special re-edits, this will be one of the most personal and exclusive mixes in the fabric series. Omar's sound ranges from the bleepy and minimal to the haunting and soul-drenched.
