The inventory is built on the three facets and twenty-one capacities of emotionally intelligent leadership as described in the authors' book <i>Emotionally Intelligent Leadership: A Guide for College Students.</i> The Inventory helps students uncover their own emotionally intelligent leadership skills and includes guidance for further development on the capacities where the student has growth potential.
