Most work boot socks are made with cotton or wicking fibers like polyester, nylon, acrylic or wool which cannot keep feet dry. Drymax Work Boot Socks have a special Dual Layer Moisture Removal System. This system instantly moves moisture from the skin, through the inner Drymax layer to the outer absorbent layer, keeping the feet dry. This is the same system used to keep marathon runners' feet dry for 26.2 miles. The Work Boot sock is a High Density protective padded sock. Using dense padding, as opposed to thick padding, protects feet without adversely affecting the fit of the boots.
