It is easy to make at home. Cooked glutinous rice or sweet rice or sticky rice. Take one of dried yeast balls, and grind it up into a powder. Sprinkle ground dried yeast over the warm rice, and toss to combine powder and rice evenly. Tightly cover the bowl with clear plastic wrap, place it in a warm place in the house to start the fermentation process. The fermentation process will be complete when the liquid or resulting rice wine is at the same level as the rice.
