In the fifties there were many evil geniuses wanting to take over the world. Not so much Dicky Deans. He was more interested in having fun and chasing the babes. But even evil geniuses can't always get the women they want. This has lead Dicky to his latest invention and returning to his small hometown. His goal is to use his new machine to get the woman from the past into bed that includes local super heroine Yankee Girl.
