<b>Stove-Top Instructions:</b> In 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, whisk 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 cup half & half (or whole milk), with Crème Brulée mix. <br> Stir constantly. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for an additional minute. Mixture will be thin. Remove from heat and pour equally into four ramekin dishes. Refrigerate for an hour or more. <br> Just before serving, sprinkle caramelizing sugar evenly onto the Crème Brulée. Hold torch flame 1 to 2 inches from the surface at an angle. Move torch continuously across sugar surface. Caramelizing is complete when sugar has turned to a golden brown.
