Howe Records presents Howard Shore's complete score to the film Dead Ringers, newly remastered and containing material not previously released. The 1988 thriller starred Jeremy Irons in a dual role as identical twin gynecologists. Director David Cronenberg co-wrote the screenplay with Norman Snider. Howard Shore has said, ''the music in Dead Ringers works all around the edges. It's all about subtext. It's not about what's necessarily on screen. It's adding another layer, another dimension to the story.''
