<p>A set of basic 2 piece wooden magnets to get a yonger child to the next step in this kind of puzzle. Each animal character is made up of 2 pieces; a top and bottom that can be mixed or matched. The set has 12 different characters (so 24 pieces in the set). Each piece has a wooden top and shaped magnet back. The beautiful graphics are applied with a thermal process so they are bonded to the wood with heat. They come in a colorful box that is not metal.
