Do not use the CryoSphere if is too cold. Applying severely cold objects to the skin can result in frostbite injuries. When a heating effect is desired: Run warm tap water over the CryoSphere or place it in a warm water bath until desired temperature is achieved. Use as directed and reheat as necessary. Do not overheat. Using a CryoSphere that is overheated may cause burning injuries or damage to the product. Do not use conventional or convectional ovens, microwaves, or other heat providing devices to heat the CryoSphere.
