COZY MYSTERY 5 BOOK SET 2<br /><br />BOOK 1 : Time Takes a Cigarette<br /> It will probably not take more than half an hour. That is how long it will take that pesky motel manager to inform the Sheriff that a private detective in the guise of a pair of long legs in moderately “long”, but still intriguing mini-skirt has arrived to town and checked in exactly at his place. As if there was another one.<br /> Yes, he knew I was a private… well not dick anyway. I made sure he got to know it. The local police would come around anyway, “inviting” me to a regular rubdown, so why not get it over with as soon as possible.<br /><br />BOOK 2 : Death in the air<br /> It is Fiona George birthday and her friends from the Culinary Club had planned to give her a special present – they are going to solve a mystery together. There had been a number of strange robberies at the Market Street and the women of the Culinary Club had every intention to find the criminals.<br />Fiona and her friends are about to start the mystery hunt, when another woman comes and announce that at the café, which had been robbed already twice, had been committed a murder. They all go there and see the dead man still lying on the floor of the café. Fiona tries to talk to the police, offering all the information they had on the robberies, because she is convinced that the robberies and the murder are connected.<br /><br />BOOK 3 : The Missing successor<br /> A young woman with carrot red hair stormed into Amelia's office. She had a smattering of freckles across her nose and her lips were pressed together in an angry line.<br />"They want to close down the orphanage and ruin everything Uncle Dell has worked for," exclaimed the girl. "So where will they put the orphans? Out on the streets again?" She furrowed her brow as she pounded the desk with her fist. "We can't let that happen."<br /><br />BOOK 4 : Forsaken<br /> The sky was colored in crimson , the birds were chirping and returning to their nests , the waves were busy dashing against the shore but Mansi was staring into the oblivion ; into the endless sea where the mighty sky and the humble earth meet or rather appear to meet. She was unperturbed and indifferent to everything around.<br />She was distracted by her ringing phone.<br />“Where are you Mansi ? When are you coming home “<br />“Soon” she replied<br /><br />BOOK 5 : Murder on the Mountain<br /> Erica stood on the large wooden deck as she looked across the horizon watching the whitest snowflakes fall as she waited in anticipation for her family’s visit. “I am so excited and cannot wait to see my mother she hasn’t been here in almost a year.” Erica said to her boyfriend in anticipation. “With your busy job schedule I hope that you can find the time to spend with them because we all know that your mother hates me and it would just be awkward to have to wait around for you.” Paul said as he looked up and sighed. He was a muscular man with dark features and an arrogance that made him an unlikeable character.<br />
