Tool is not included, but is required to assemble your fabric covered buttons. Please be sure to see our other listing for the tool. These wire backs have wire loops on the back that are meant to be sewn onto your craft projects. The wire loops can be removed with a pair of pliers if need be. Just add your fabric and start creating your ponytail holder, bows, flip flops, earrings, bracelets, necklace, push pins, paper clips, magnets, etc. The possibilities are endless.
