Copyright Law Document Supplement

This Cumulative Supplement is designed to complement the book by providing access to a variety of materials useful to students and professors alike. Together with the Ninth Edition of <i>Copyright Law</i>, this Cumulative Supplement provide the most comprehensive, up-to-date materials on copyright available in legal education today. For example:<br><li>Part One contains the Copyright Clause of the U.S Constitution, the current version of Title 17, relevant provisions from Title 18 and the Copyright Act of 1909.<li>Part Two provides a rich assortment of international materials, including the Berne Convention and the Berne Convention Implementation Act of 1988, NAFTA, GATT/TRIPS, the treaty texts adopted by the World Intellectual Property Organization in December 1996, and the European Union Internet Copyright Directive - plus materials relating to copyright in the networked information environment.<li>Part Three collects excerpted legislative histories of interest to teachers and students of modern copyright law.<li>Part Four offers updated text and case law materials, including opinions newly released or revised by the courts, such as <I>ABC v.
