The Collision Investigation Field notepad was developed to assist field personnel in taking adequate notes to generate a comprehensive report back at the office while maintaining the confidence that all required information was obtained. Starting with the front cover and continuing through the notepad to the back cover, every detail has been thought of and scrutinized for its pertinence in the field.
