This is MEDICAL GRADE FOAM, do not be fooled by the cheaper foam that is cut to Pettibons pattern, the cheap foam crushes under immediate use, these fulcrums are meant to withstand years of use. Cervical Dorsal Fulcrum is used for spinal stretching and molding fulcrum exercises to restore spinal curves.
