The CanDo GripMaster develops isolated finger strength, flexibility and coordination as it builds hand and forearm strength. This makes it an effective exerciser for musicians, rock climbers and for those looking to build hand and forearm strength and dexterity. Use each of the 4 buttons independently to exercise fingers or compress the entire unit for complete hand and forearm strengthening. Because each button is compressed independently, stronger fingers cannot compensate for weaker ones. Exerciser includes comfortable palm bar. Palm bar can be removed and placed across finger buttons for unit to be used to exercise full grip. Available in 5 levels of tension: yellow (x-light), red (light), green (medium), blue (heavy), black (x-heavy).
