******The Original Weathered Flagstone Roller, is approximately 9" x 3 1/2" and fit a regular size paint roller handle (handle not included).......Roller fits a standard size Roller Handle, you can purchase at Home Depot, Lowes, etc. BEST RELEASE AGENT: Odorless Mineral Spirits, pour the odorless mineral spirits into a Gallon or 2 Gallon Bug Sprayer, then spray the concrete surface and spray the roller. ******EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY when using ANY Texture Rollers, Stamps, etc. You will need to understand how to work with stamped concrete in order to achieve the texture design the Rollers and/or Stamps Will Provide, if you have the right consistency in your concrete mix, if you allow your concrete to set up a bit first (approx. 10 to 15 min, depending on the mix YOU are using) and if you take the time to watch some how-to-videos, take a class or simply give us a call for further help BEFORE you begin your final project. WE recommend you PRACTICE FIRST! *****PRODUCTION TIPS: IF Covering Walls, Backsplashes, Showers, etc. Mask off surrounding areas & spray Cementitious Material onto the wall using a Professional Sheet Rock Hopper Gun (We highly recommend Marshalltown Hopper Guns, the Red & Blue is our favorite!) Use the hopper gun to get a large amount of material onto the wall in a timely manner. Someone else on the Crew or a Family Member can focus on Troweling the material flat and at a minimum of an 1/8" to 1/4" IS BEST! THE CLASSY GRANITE ROLLER IS 1ST PLACE for texturing Large areas without noticing Repetition. THE NARROW SLATE ROLLER IS 2ND PLACE! PRO TEXTURING TIP: IF you step back and see any Repetition (especially with the Weathered Flagstone), lightly texture East and West or any direction in addition to the normal North and South texturing method. the more directions you texture, the tighter the pattern will become or helpful in changing the appearance of not being repetitious.
