The CAP Barbell Standard 47-Inch EZ Curl Bar is designed to develop upper arm mass, strength, and definition. The bar isolates and intensifies development of the bicep and forearm muscles while decreasing discomfort to the elbows and wrists. It features solid chromed steel with threaded ends, a 200-pound weight capacity, and medium-depth diamond knurling for a secure, non-slip grip. The collars are included to secure weights (weights are not included). Use a curl bar to perform spider curls, flies, skull crushers, close-grip presses, reverse barbell preacher curls, lying triceps presses, and more.
