This Bulman serrated paper dispenser / cutter mounts on a wall for space saving and convenience. It smoothly dispenses many types of paper including butcher, Kraft and gift wrapping paper. This paper dispenser / cutter cuts evenly, using either side of the double-edged blade. Roll changing is simple with dowel holders and knife arms that lock into the open position. It can hold up to a 9" diameter roll and is finished in a light gray powder coat.
