Provide maximum light reflection and shine, use multiple shades at once to create a multi-tone effect. Tinted white is refined and flawless. Bright White Crème Toners serve two purposes:  -Mix Bright White toner with 10 volume Ion Sensitive Scalp Developer and process for 15 minutes to TONE pre-lightened hair. -Mix Bright White toner with 10 volume Ion Sensitive Scalp Developer and process for 30 minutes to TONE and ADD pastel hues.
