Each NFC card is made from a durable and semi-flexible PVC plastic that features an NXP NTAG215 chip. Each chip comes NDEF formatted and read/write ready -- once written, data can be "locked" so that the card is read-only. If an NFC card is "locked" it cannot be unlocked.</p><p>These blank white NFC cards are commonly used as Amiibo with the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Wii-U and other NFC compatible Nintendo systems.</p><p>WARNING: These NFC cards should not be used on metal, aluminum, or electronic surfaces.
