Replaces Standard Railmount Hardware. Allows Toolbox to be installed flush against BackRack(TM). Eliminates gap between Toolbox and Backrack. Allows Toolbox to be installed without drilling into truck bed. Standard 21 inches. Optional 31 inches available.
