There are 2 different go-tcha units, one is slightly bigger than the other one, as a result, one of the chargers is slightly bigger as well. But, there's nothing to tell you if you have the slightly bigger model or not.<br><br>About the smaller model (we call it <b>"normal type go-tcha"</b>):<br>-Home button is bright and obvious.<br>-It have a lip/overhanging indentation under the screen, specifically, there is a groove between the screen and the rest of the body, when the band sit in the groove, it will lock the band and prevent the go-tcha from popping out too easily.<br>-Its charger head is narrow.<br>-Usually came with a white band with red/black grids, looked like the product displayed on the box or website. <br><br> About the bigger model (we call it <b>"bigger type go-tcha"</b>):<br> -Home button is dark red instead of bright red, it is not apparent.<br> -Home button and display screen are smaller than the normal type go-tcha.<br> -It does not has a lip/overhanging indentation under the screen and the rest of the body is slightly larger than the screen.<br> -Its charger head is wide, looks obviously larger than the normal one.<br> -Usually came with a soft all-white wrist band.<br><br> To solve your go-tcha charging problem, we develop and release two batches of charger that are different physically - no matter what your go-tcha is, you could find a correct charger to fit! We highly recommend the accessory charger for anyone looking for a replacement, back-up or additional charger cord.<br><br> <b>Charging Issue:</b> <br> Please note that the screen goes black when it's correctly on charge, to be sure, simply hit the red circle on the Go-Tcha and you will see a charging indicator, this means it's charging.
