• Will not retain Harman Kardon amplifier!
• The connector for a Maestro SW is prewired. All you need to do is configure the Maestro SW and plug it in!
• Backup camera will be retained for nav and non-nav models!
• Use this harness to retain the factory reverse camera when adding an aftermarket radio. Includes 6v converter.

This kit retains many of the stock features when installing an aftermarket headunit in a 2016-2018 Subaru WRX, Crosstrek, Impreza, Legacy, and BRZ (also fits 2015 Impreza/Crosstrek), including connecting your stock backup camera to your new aftermarket headunit. Will not retain Harman Kardon amplifier! The backup camera interface will provide 6 vdc to your backup camera for power and will also provide the video signal to the aftermarket headunit. Backup camera will be retained for nav and non-nav models! The connector for a Maestro SW is prewired. All you need to do is configure the Maestro SW and plug it in! The 28-pin harness will retain: -Backup camera functionality -Auxiliary inputs(***Analog audio input only. USB is not included***) -Reverse Gear Signal -Vehicle Speed Signal -E-brake Signal -Steering Wheel control signals will be provided via iDatalink Maestro SW connector. Installing a Pioneer headunit? Order a "Pioneer Direct Wire Harness" (sold separately) to make the whole installation plug-and-play. The Direct Wire Harness installs in place of the Metra 70-1761 and will connect directly between a Pioneer headunit and the vehicle's wiring. Most models will require not wire soldering and all models will seamlessly connect to the aftermarket Pioneer unit (BRZ will require minor wiring modifications.
