Anthony's Nonfat Instant Milk Powder has a sweet, rich flavor, with a creamy natural color. No artificial colors or flavors have been added. <p><p>To Reconstitute: For 1 Glass (8oz), add ⅓ cup dry milk to 1 cup water. For 1 Quart, add 1 ⅓ cup dry milk to 4 cups water. Blend or use a whisk to mix until smooth and refrigerate. For best flavor, refrigerate overnight after mixing.
