The Algo 8373 is a PoE IP Zone Paging Adapter for integrating legacy voice paging systems such as an analog paging system into a hosted or premise UC VoIP environment as a third party SIP endpoint. The Algo 8373 eliminates the need for a legacy zone controller. The Algo 8373 can also be used to convert and expand an existing single zone paging system into a multiple zone paging system using extension plus zone dialing, direct sip extension, or multicast zone. When used as a hybrid voice paging solution, the Algo 8373 can integrate the analog speaker infrastructure along with other multicast SIP endpoints. The installer should be familiar with configuration and programming of Voice over IP devices and analog paging system zone mapping. Requires Power over Ethernet.
