Confirm if your home has a neutral wire. This product cannot work without the neutral wire.<br> 2. Connect the neutral wire to the neutral slot of the switch, and the live wire is connected to the live slot of the switch. <br> 3. After power-on, the indicator of the switch will flash. Now the switch is in mode of network searching and waiting for the internet connection. <br> 4. Open your smart life app choose the WIFI you want to connect and enter the password. If you connect successfully, the indicator light of switch will change to blue. <br> 5.Check if it can be controlled. If the switch can be controlled normally, it means that the switch works fine. <br> 6. Connect the two wires of the light to the load and neutral slot of the switch. All this done, the light should be controlled successfully. <br> <b>Notes: </b><br> 1.If your switch cannot connect the internet, you can press the switch and hold more than 20s until the indicator on the switch start to flash. Then the switch will be reset and restart again. <br> 2.If your switch cannot connect the WIFI, you can try to connect your smart phone hotspot to give it a test. <br> 3.When installing the smart switch, it may be necessary to break off one or both side of the scorded tabs on the front yoke.
