<p>The A-SYSTEM is a chest, arm, shoulder and upper-body machine built with a new design, completely different from previous workout devices. Designed in the shape of an "A," it works out the left and right sides of the upper body simultaneously instead of in isolation.</p> <p>To work out, close the handles to exert pressure on the A-System's compression springs. To increase or decrease the resistance, simply turn the adjustment knob left or right. Resistance is between 17 to 46 pounds</p> <p>Unlike other spring based exercisers, with the A-System you compress the spring instead of pulling it, protecting the spring from snapping. Springs on power twisters can snap during your workout over time. </p> <p>Because the spring is neatly hidden inside the machine, it has eliminated the discomfort that women, elderly, and infirm have with regular arm twisters. It helps men harden their muscles and women tone their arms and chests.</p> <p>Product weighs about 5 pounds.</p>
