• [Note]: The Ds6-1 should be used with a coil having 4 to 5 ohms primary resistance for street applications. For race applications, a 3 ohm coil can be used. Bikes with dual plug heads can use two 1.5 ohm coils wired in series (3 ohms total resistance) for race or street. Do not use the factory electronic ignition coil for street applications.
