Portable Stackable Food-grade plastic. Included cap has gasket and 3/4 NPT knockout for use with the a spigot (not included). These are industrial grade containers used in a variety of applications. The lids are to be tightened firmly. Some folks will find that a cap wrench (available separately) is useful to snug and loosen the cap. Stackable full to four high per the manufacturer, we advise two or three high subject to your good judgement and safety considerations. The membrane int he center of the cap can be pierced or removed to allow the use with a spigot (available separately). The vent cap can be removed and the nipple pierced to improve flow in dispensing. You may consider allowing the container to breathe prior to use especially if it arrives with a push-in plug. The plug is installed at the factory to keep debris out while in storage and can be discarded in favor of the cap when ready to deploy.
