A silicone ring slides easily and securely over the BTE (behind-the-ear) hearing aid, while a lightweight nylon cord and secure clip help to prevent loss. The ADCO Brand Hearing Aid Clip may be used with Binaural (two ears) BTE (behind-the-ear) and ITE* (in-the-ear) hearing aids.
