PREVIOUSLY UNISSUED! John Coltrane's never before released 1961 performance at the Newport Jazz Festival. At the time, his group consisted of a quintet with Trane as the only horn, plus piano, two basses, and drums. As a bonus, we have added another complete performance from the same year, recorded in Helsinki, time this set is presented in the correct pitch.
