Simply pull the loose end of rope to tighten as with the Original Series, then use the built-in ratchet handle or recessed socket drive on either side of the ratchet for additional tension to get those loads extra secure! To release, press Release tab and rotate ratchet handle past the ratcheting position and into release position to disengage tie-down. The 1/4" Ratcheting Rope Tie-down comes with two rubber coated specially formed S hooks and 12ft rope pre-installed.
