Outslayer Universal Heavy Bag Hanger . 300lbs Capacity. Hang your punching bag from any beam , pole , pull up bar , tree , or anywhere you can put a strap through. Comes with a D ring and a Quick link so all you need is a punching bag. Extra long (when open 7 ft) and completely adjustable. Adjusts with heavy duty Velcro. It shortens up to apx. 1ft. Note: The area where you will be putting the strap through must not be rough or sharp. If it is, you should first wrap the area up with cloth or similar material to avoid grinding of the strap on sharp surface. When used properly, this strap will last you for years to come.
